Dipy has been working in the Recruitment/HR/Search Industry since 1992.
1992-95: COO of Sinclus Marketing, a leading recruiter of Technical & Commercial personnel for ME and SE Asia, Oil, Gas & Contracting.
1996-99: CEO ZodiaAc Executive Search.
1999-2001: COO of ZodiaAc Information Consultants and associated with Hay Management Consultants- Information Services Group published Co-Branded HCR 2000 for India.
2002 onwards Advisor to ZodiaAc Executive Talent Solutions, both into search for mid to senior level positions. His client portfolio spans MNCs to mid-sized, high growth, owner-driven organizations , with global aspirations.
Dipy started his career in Consumer Products at VIP Industries (Luggage, Toys, Seatings Systems). He moved into Services/ Financial Services Sector-American Express-Travel Related Services as Head-Sales & Key Accounts (India & Area Countries).
From 2009 till 2024 – , Dipy has been the Managing Partner and Country Director of Horton International(India and Area), Global top 40 Executive Search firm.
